Lipid Traffic Analysis reveals the impact of high paternal carbohydrate intake on offsprings’ lipid metabolism

Abstract In this paper we present an investigation of parental-diet-driven metabolic programming in offspring using a novel computational network analysis tool. The impact high paternal carbohydrate intake on offsprings’ phospholipid and triglyceride metabolism F1 F2 generations is described. Detailed lipid profiles were acquired from neonate (3 weeks), adult (16 weeks) serum, liver, brain, heart abdominal adipose tissues by MS NMR. Using purpose-built tool for analysing both fat as network, characterised the number, type abundance variables between (Lipid Traffic Analysis), finding variety reprogrammings associated with diet. These results are important because they describe long-term result dietary fathers. This analytical approach it offers unparalleled insight into possible mechanisms alterations throughout organisms.
